Privacy

Golf Tracer Studio is a small independent project. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: if you sign up for launch news, we keep your email address so we can send it to you. That's it. The app itself runs on your computer and never uploads your footage.

What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. When you use the "Get early access" form, we store the address you enter, the date you signed up, and a note that it came from this website.

Basic server logs. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages (Vercel, our host) briefly record technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. They use them to run the service and to prevent abuse. We don't use them to identify you.

Nothing else. This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party cookies. The fonts, images and videos are served from our own site. After you sign up, your browser remembers that you did, using its local storage, so the form shows a thank-you next time. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How we use your email

We use it to tell you when Golf Tracer Studio is ready and, occasionally, to send news about the product. We won't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone to market to you. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.

Who handles it for us

We use Loops to store the sign-up list and send email. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms, and may store it in the United States.

The app and your footage

Golf Tracer Studio runs on your own computer. Your video files, edits and traces stay on your machine. The app doesn't upload them, and it doesn't need an account.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. If you ask, we'll remove your address entirely.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also write to hello@golftracerstudio.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We'll honour these requests wherever you are. We rely on your consent to hold your email, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also tell subscribers by email.
